A substantial recount should be made to confirm the validity of votes and the elections, not just a simple counting method.
-All manipulated external voting (postal votes) in early voting are invalid!
According to the Dong-A Ilbo report on September 7, 2020, the Supreme Court decided to recount 125 election lawsuits, starting with the constituency in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
Since it was announced that the recount, which used to take place within 60 days on average, would be barely carried out on the 145th day after the election, the degree of abnormality is unspeakable.
What is important now is that a substantial recount must be made to confirm the validity and invalidity, not simply recounting the number of votes.
Most of these election lawsuits contain the purpose of claiming to tell properly the validity and invalidity of the election.
Most importantly, in the case of external-jurisdiction voting (voting by mail), the real evidence of the manipulated votes being close to one million votes is being revealed through the registration number inquiry.
Almost a total of 1 million real proof of manipulated votes were found in the complete enumeration survey of registered mail in early voting outside the jurisdiction (by mail ballot), including 138,860 cases without a reception date, 138,851 cases of incomplete delivery, 140,517 cases of returning to the post office after delivery to the National Election Commission (NEC), 25,464 cases with teleportation delivery shorter than the estimated travel time of the navigation system, hundreds of thousands of cases of strange delivery routes, such as coming and leaving the same post office repeatedly, mail acceptance in the course of delivery, and 6,000 cases that were known to have delivered to the brothers, sisters, spouses, and domestic partners of the NEC staff.
There was a case in Austria, where the election was canceled just because some ballot boxes were opened early without having an observer.
In this recent election of the 21st National Assembly, a total manipulation is suspected by using early voting, QR code, and computer equipment. Therefore, a thorough and objective verification is required to resolve public doubts.
It is necessary to firmly establish a direction to reestablish collapsed national trust, such as verification/judgement by experts at home and abroad, disclosure of the entire process, relay broadcast and recording, forensics on servers and related computer equipment, disclosure of log files and program source codes, comparison of serial numbers and QR code serial numbers of the integrated electoral register, thorough inspection of the damage to the seals from the locking devices of the places where evidence is preserved, to the storage boxes.
A simple counting-type recount in which these conditions are not met is a mere issuance of an indulgence for election manipulation, and we firmly reject it.
If evidence of illegality, manipulation, and fraud is revealed in the verification process, corresponding follow-up measures should be strictly followed.
We can not help but be determined that the state will collapse if the election collapses.
In the future, we should lay the foundation for overcoming social anxiety and the nation’s division by a thorough investigation of public doubts about the election system, which is the most fundamental of a popular sovereignty and democracy, through a practical and objective recount of the 125 district constituencies.
