By celebrating the 7th anniversary of our beloved leader being appointed as our
Supreme Commander, the general and military training class shall be conducted by the second week of December, with a fixed date and time.
Lecture method:
The lectures shall be based on special lectures conducted in units at battalion level or higher, and the classification zone shall be established and organized according to the actual conditions of the classification zone.
The lectures should feature a group of politically and theoretically prepared people, including the leader responsible for the unit.
Since the day our People’s Army was established and under the wise command of our great leaders Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il, the party’s revolutionary armed forces continued to develop through all types of manners and have carved a glorious history that faithfully embraces the party’s ideas and feats.
In the critical history of the rise of the Juche Revolutionary Committee, our beloved Supreme Commander of the People’s Army strengthened and developed the People’s Army as a revolutionary force of the Workers’ Party forever as the fundamental core of military building and strengthening and made an immortal achievement.
Socialism, which is on a strong political and military footing, has the power of our nation’s undefeated power and a series of historical events in the homeland are linked to the history of December 30th.
For the past seven years, the People’s Army has been strengthened by the revolutionary armament of the Workers’ Party during turbulent days when a major shift took place in the construction of independent forces under the wise command of our beloved Commander Kim Jong-un.
By following the steps of the great commander, the Mt. Baekdu Revolutionary Army firmly hits all kinds of headwinds of history to block with the sacred Mt. Baekdu weapon, creating a century-long transformation in a heroic struggle to realize the ideals and dreams of the people, and we are opening the bright future of the Joseon dynasty.
1. Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un sent the People’s Army to continue the revolutionary tradition of Baekdu as the revolutionary army of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il and strengthened and developed them into a stately military of a global strategic state.
Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un said the following:
“The People’s Army must continue their revolutionary tradition as the revolutionary army of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il for thousands of years to come.”
To complete the military revolution that was pioneered on Baekdu, there must be a solid and indisputable political capacity that absolutely supports the feat and bears it with one’s life.
No matter how hard the wind blows, the revolution must move forward with an unwavering strong pillar as its support is a must-win.
With a firm commitment to continue the revolution that the great leaders have kept and implemented throughout their lives, our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un sees the People’s Army as armed gunmen and the greatest patriotic legacy of our leaders that is the pillar of our party’s trust and dependence on the path of the revolution.
Our Dear Leader, who found soldiers of the 105th Tank Division of the People’s Army, on a bloody hill, has nurtured the People’s Army to adhere to its revolutionary character forever.
Under the leadership of the great commander, how did he develop the People’s Army today who carries the red flag of the Workers’ Party as its first weapon and continues to uphold the revolutionary tradition of Baekdu as the revolutionary army of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il?
① Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un set the path of the next Juche 100 years that the task will be to build the military according to teachings of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il.
Make all the soldiers a faithful follower of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il, and the military construction code is to solve all the problems of building the military and military activities as demanded by Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il, which will be an immortal value that specifies the path of the People’s Army to continue its revolutionary tradition.
Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un declared an ideological purity in which the People’s Army shares its fate with the party in accordance with the demands of the times and revolutionary development, the idea of being an organized body, the idea that the entire army would be a blood and life-sharing unit on the path of the revolution. He suggested four strategic routes and three major tasks to strengthen the military with extraordinary foresight to enrich the treasure trove of the independent army construction theory.
He sticks to the essence of the military ideology set by the great Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il and our beloved leader, who provides a complete answer to the fundamental problems of the building of the revolutionary force of our time. His theory is that the military should be built with eternal vitality on the path to socialist construction and its legitimacy is becoming more visible along the way in revolutionary practice.
Several years ago, an anti-revolutionist who climbed to the position of leading our revolutionary forces, ventured to strengthen the combat capabilities of the People’s Army at the party’s Armed Forces Council with our beloved leader by reducing the hours of the class on politics and instead increasing the tactical training hours.
Our Dear Leader must have seen through their ulterior motives and said with a determined voice that there should be no disruption to the military ideas and tactics of the great commanders who founded the People’s Army and led it to victory. That this is the path to be followed forever and the teachings of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il will be the winning principle for our party and army and he severely reprimanded these men for their crimes. And in 2013 during the 4th Battalion Commander’s Congress, our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un proclaimed that the guidelines that should be permanently held to the building of the military shall be based on the teachings of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il.
② Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un is moving the whole army in accordance with the sole conclusion of the party’s center, all military projects are based on the party’s lines and policies, and establish a revolutionary business system and order progress.
Under the leadership of our beloved commander, during the joint meeting of the National Committee of the Workers’ Party and the People’s Army Committee of the Workers’ Party on Juche 105 (2016) February, they established the party’s sole territorial leadership system in the entire army, and it was an important opportunity to set a new milestone in strengthening the People’s Army into a revolutionary army of Juche.
In the days when the project to establish the party’s ideology system and the party’s leadership system is constantly deepening, any military and political issues are being reported to the party’s center and the knife-like discipline of obeying the orders of the party has been established. A shift has taken place in the struggle to crush even the smallest elements of specialization, taxation, bureaucracy, and corruption.
Not long ago, our dear commander went to a unit from the Strategic Rocket Command which is following the footsteps of the great general’s revolutionary army, and kindly showed the unit commanding and executing orders to the higher unit.
The commanders of the unit arranged the order issued by the People’s Armed Forces, the General Political Bureau, and the higher units on a day-by-day basis, and the implementation plan and the results were detailed.
However, the chief commander’s command was not recorded in the executive ledger.
When our dear commander questioned why it was empty, they reported that since the unit’s political commissioner received orders from the commander of the higher unit, they sorted the executive ledger received from the higher division.
However, since our dear commander visited our unit and since every word and order he gave is a direct order, I personally told him that I would register it myself and execute it thoroughly.
After hearing this report, our dear Commander-in-Chief told me that his colleagues know one thing, but they don’t know two, so every military action and every minor move that the People’s Army makes will be decided by the Commander-in-Chief and because it’s a direct order and with the ironclad belief and attitude that our Commander-in-Chief knows all, all orders made by the Commander-in-Chief will be thoroughly executed with no fault, and he emphasized that all results should be reported back to him.
③ Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un has built the People’s Army to be an army of comrades-in-arms, an army of friends.
The idea and the fundamental source of the People’s Army being led by the former leader’s true camaraderie and true blood ties is a strong pillar of the military revolution that is endlessly faithful to the cause.
Our Dear Commander, with a passionate love, shares the same thoughts and intentions with all the soldiers and has built comrades, true comrades who would share life and death.
Several years ago, on the month of June, our beloved commander visited the site on Mt. Oseong where the noble camaraderie between our dear commander and the soldiers of the People’s Army is inscribed.
While he was touring the watch station, he kindly asked one of the soldiers on duty where his hometown was and what his parents do. Our beloved commander also took pictures and promised to send it to their homes.
He visited a unit and took pictures with them, and after watching these soldiers shed tears with a passion, he told them that he will dearly hold these soldiers of Mt. Oseong in his heart and took pictures with each one of the soldiers.
When our beloved commander offered to go beyond the guard post, which is only 350 meters away from the enemy, commanding officers earnestly told him not to.
However, our beloved commander said that he came all this way to Mt. Oseong and if he did not go out to meet them, they would be so disappointed. How the parents of these soldiers would be so happy to know that the Supreme Commander met with the soldiers guarding the front lines and took photos with them, that he must go and turned the car around to the guard post.
Jangjae-do and Mu-do are places that are special to our army and the people that can only be visited on a small vessel sailing at 27hp.
Within just one year, he visited there 3 times and our Dear Commander’s love was not only touched upon Jangjae-do and Mu-do, but to also many remote island posts.
And by paying respects to the lives of the commanders and marines of Destroyer 233 killed in action, our Dear Commander showed the world of comradeship and camaraderie that he upholds.
He spent all night looking at every pictures of the lives lost and went to their graves and was heartbroken to think about all the parents who shed tears over their son’s sacrifice and wives who were waiting for their husbands to return. Our Dear Commander has become the epitome of these fallen soldiers.
The arms of our Beloved Commander are the arms of eternal life that our soldiers will never leave even after death.
The people of South Korea who heard this news has said that never in the history of the world where the Supreme Commander became the epitome of the soldiers. In the South, authorities abandon these “men of merit” like dogs and don’t take care of them, and there’s so many families that are defecting abroad. There are countless of voices of admiration speaking out why is there not a leader like that who will sacrifice his life, and that the relationship and alliance between the Supreme Commander and his soldiers is the source of North Korea’s fighting spirit.
Under the great comradeship of our Beloved Leader which is as warm as the heat and light of the sun, our revolutionary forces are only with our Commander and will only follow his orders to strengthen and further develop into your comradeship and camaraderie.
④ Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un raised the People’s Army as the most invincible revolutionary force.
By strengthening gunpower, it is a decisive collateral that enables the People’s Army to fulfill its mission as a pillar of the party’s cause.
Our Beloved Commander has put in the effort into developing the People’s Army into a strong force of ideals and faith.
He has put forward the teachings of Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il as the general mission of the military and our Dear Commander is the one who has been trying to keep the soldiers in line with the party’s political initiative that when he visits the People’s Army bases, he brings attention that the first step is to foster ideology to the soldiers.
He never forgets to visit the Revolutionary Historical Cultures Class and the Chronological Cultures Class, as well as the Military Center and Library and specifically asks for the political refinement class and to provide better conditions and environment to contribute to the fostering of ideology amongst the soldiers.
At a time when the enemy’s reckless play with fire has created a tense situation, an all-military propaganda meeting, not a military war meeting, was held in a grand fashion in Pyongyang.
Our Dear Commander who attended this meeting said that all the ideological practices of the People’s Army should be a fire-fighting manner and that the importance of ideology is a consistent line with building a revolutionary force and emphasized that a general meeting full of ideas and beliefs is a must-win.
The first duty of an armed soldier is to be trained well and focus all his strength on his training. Our Dear Commander’s intentions are that we need to prepare the soldiers for any combat mission as omnipotent soldiers who will be able to perform smoothly and independently.
Our Dear Commander has started the popular trend of Baekdu training to the entire army and has instructed the soldiers on the field several times, including flight training and artillery strike training, and is leading all the commanding officers and soldiers to acquire Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-il’s strategy tactics and bold attack methods as well as perfect practical skills.
One year, to assess whether air and land divisions were prepared to cope with battling during the night, our Dear Commander unexpectedly organized a night training session.
Our Dear Commander said that the battle against the enemy takes place under the most heinous conditions, and if the soldiers were to carry out the combat mission in any circumstances and conditions, training should be carried out as if it was the real battle.
He also emphasized that we must rid of all the formal and fashionable training, and that the training should be conducted in a fight-like manner and should be done as if in a real gun battle.
Our Dear Commander has a firm view that discipline is the life of the army and the source of combat power, that he has put in a lot of effort into making sure that although it appears normal, the People’s Army is invincibly armed.
Even if one walks alone on a hot day, when the soldiers’ bodies are full of discipline and the sun is shining down, it’s a high demand from our Dear Commander that it is important that they do not leave a single button open to strengthen military discipline.
The fact that the People’s Army’s basic fighting unit and the military’s living quarters were strengthened is seen by our Dear Commander as the centerpiece of strengthening the entire army. He also organized a competition in which all the commanding officers of the entire army and members of major political units participated.
In October 2013, the 4th Major Commanding Officers Convention was held with our Dear Commander.
As our Dear Commander was in attendance, he gave us the code guidelines to make all the units the best fighting force central to the party and said he would follow in the footsteps of our Great Leaders and carry the company of the People’s Army around.
Every commander of each division and every major political leader became a marksman, and to make the entire army yearn to be a better marksman, participants in the event were involved in organizing their own shooting matches, and he also watched the firepower strike drill of the People’s Army.
In the hearts of every company commander and major political leaders, with the pride and joy of having one of the finest battlefields, that is politically and technologically well-prepared and seems like a loving home that has lit a fire to take an oath of loyalty toward our Beloved Commander.
Under our Beloved Commander’s energetic leadership, the People’s Army today has a revolutionary military system and a strong wind, made up of strong people of ideas and beliefs who support the Mt. Kumsu Palace of the Sun and the party’s central committee, full-blown shooting skills, iron stamina and strong discipline are firmly prepared by hundreds of fighters.
Today, everywhere you go in our country, a song of faith can be heard that our revolutionary forces receive only the command of our Beloved Commander-in-Chief.
Ten million men have a conviction that only our Dear Commander-in-Chief, who is the invincible leader, stands at a position of command and our party is the greatest force and treasure of our revolution.
2. Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un allowed the People’s Army to fulfill its mission and role as the flag bearer of the revolution.
Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un said the following:
“The People’s Army is the main force of the revolution, it is not just the National Guard, and they must always be a charge of force to achieve our party’s plans, and you have to be a leader in creating and disseminating a new military culture of the century.”
It’s an important demand in the ideology of the First Army Revolution to put a gun in the front and forcefully push the revolution and the building of it according to its power.
It is a proud tradition of the People’s Army of being the protector of our country, the creator of our people’s happiness, and receiving the party’s politics from the front.
Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un, during today’s majestic struggle, a new turning point in the history of the Juche Revolution, is giving the People’s Army wisdom and courage to fulfill its mission and role as the flag bearer of the revolution.
The People’s Army creates miracles, making breakthroughs in the most difficult and important places the revolution calls for and the proud reality of our country is that along the path of victory that the People’s Army has opened, the people have a military spirit, a military disposition, and will open Joseon with great prosperity.
So, how did our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un lead the People’s Army to fulfill its mission and role as the flag bearer of the revolution?
① Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un lets the People’s Army firmly defend its socialist homeland at the forefront of the First Army Revolution.
Guarding the nation is the basic mission of the People’s Army.
The battle against imperialism is a battle of power, and the anti-Japanese front is the new front for our revolution, which determines the survival of the country, the people, and socialism.
Our Dear Leader is always with the soldiers of the People’s Army at the forefront of the revolution and with determination and bravery to destroy the enemy, the resourcefulness and courage to be unbeaten, the People’s Army won the anti-American War which was made to honor the dignity and sovereignty of the nation.
Several years ago, U.S. imperialists and its puppet used ferocious maneuvers to push ahead with the invasion of North Korea, such as holding the joint military exercise <Key Resolve> and <Foal Eagle>, that gathered black clouds of aggression into our country.
The enemy mobilized hundreds of thousands of troops and used the latest nuclear weapons during the military exercises to plot the invasion of North Korean by holding extensive combat training as if they were in actual battle, such as maneuver and attack drills, special ops drills, air landing drills aiming for preemptive strikes.
As our enemies were holding a massive joint military exercise, the spokesperson for our Supreme Commander made a statement that rang out that our army and our people will show them what real gunfire and war would be like.
While our Dear Commander was visiting various units of the People’s Army in the southwestern front, he told us to maintain the maximum state of vigilance and if our enemy invade the seas of our sovereign country even by 0.001mm, to strike in retaliation upon the enemy’s head.
While the enemies were struggling to start the first military exercise and to restore the mood, the news of our Dear Commander’s inspection of the Strategic Rocket Army Command and confronting the enemy at the front line at Panmunjom resonated throughout the universe.
As our Dear Commander stood in the middle of Panmunjom, went over the enemy lines to the outposts guarding the gates of our country, so our people will soundly sleep, and our Commander-in-Chief said he was reassured and gave us the utmost confidence that he firmly believed in his comrades who guarded Panmunjom.
While the enemy’s joint military exercises were in full swing, our Dear Commander showed the full force of the People’s Army, the Navy, and the Air Force, which would destroy the invaders without a trace.
Enemies who watched this ruthless and annihilating blow from our troops through satellites trembled in fear.
It was in March of one year when the frenzied war of aggressive communications from the enemy was at its peak.
Once again, our Dear Commander visited several island defense posts under the Southwest Front Command in the southern-most hotspots and stated that if a single missile falls in the waters or areas where our sovereignty is exercised, we must counterattack without delay and encouraged the soldiers to raise the flare of the first gunfire of the Unification War.
The footprints of our Great Commander were stamped upon the Wolnae-do Defense Station, the largest outpost facing Baeknyeong-do.
Our Dear Commander has prepared for the soldiers here for battle and for finalizing the strike sequence for the targets, gave orders to sweep all our enemies like a bulldozer, and had the captain of the defense take pictures of the enemy’s camp submerged in fire and urged the High Command to transmit it. After that, strike an unmanned bomber and learn how to shoot low-flying missiles was ordered by our Dear Commander if war was to break out suddenly and to not be considerate of the enemy and just overpower them, and firmly made commands to wipe out everything so that no one would be alive to sign in surrender.
In an immediate response to provocation, 10 million soldiers, who resemble the courage and guts of a Baekdu movie masterpiece, with the will of destruction to answer the war of aggression of the unification war, will make the enemies’ tactics go up in smoke to protect the sacred sky, land, and sea of our country like a fortress.
② Our Dear Leader Kim Jong-un modernized and advanced the People’s Army armament and elevated our status as an imposing force as a world-class strategic nuclear state.
Our Dear Commander is regarded high as our Commander-in-Chief and the People’s Army will bend any imperialist enemy and hold a sword capable of crushing them with a single blow and has given us the strength that if anyone who dares to confront us, we’ll be able to destroy them at any time.
Our nuclear and strategic rockets, prepared by the Great Leader and our beloved General, has now been completed by our dear Commander-in-Chief and now we are a world-class strategic nuclear state that is bound to be acknowledged.
With the completion of our nation’s nuclear weapons, no enemy on the planet will be able to overlook us and the People’s Army has always been in a state of vigilance and the most reliable defense of its socialist homeland and its people. It’s an invincible force, combined with the strongest offense and defense, and the whole civil defense system is being strengthened at a new higher level and the forefront of the revolutionary force is unfolding.
Our dear Commander-in-Chief went to great lengths to make our defense industry self-reliant on its own strength and technology and to develop into a modern revolutionary industry and arm the People’s Army with high-tech weapons.
In the thick of the battle for our country and the people, he searched and sought numerous defense science research bases and risky test sites. He achieved the highest level of a historical achievement in the shortest period to provide a powerful complementary sword for peace and protection, and according to the wise leadership of our beloved Commander, our revolutionary forces are an accomplishment of the party with a powerful sense of fight to defend socialist feats faithfully at gunpoint and the spirit of victory is spread throughout the world.
Huge intercontinental ballistic rockets revealed in the founding ceremony of the People’s Army and the founding ceremony of the republic showed the strong reality of the self-defense forces under the command of the Workers’ Party that can defend our country and its people in good faith. It was a massive demonstration of the power of the People’s Army, which firmly defends peace on the Korean Peninsula and the region.
Over time, the world will know it.
Our Dear Commander-in-Chief will succeed in getting apologies from the United States as well as rewards for having nuclear weapons, for ruling the world and for afflicting our people for decades and proclaimed everywhere to re-organizing the world’s order of power around us, not around the U.S.
Our Dear Commander-in-Chief, amid the busy preparation for the final nuclear talks with the United States, recently called in key commanders of the People’s Army and now the Americans are so scared of our nuclear power that they’re trying to take it away from us and have been trying to negotiate, and he will not miss this opportunity and have a final talk with the President of the United States on the nuclear weapons. Whatever the outcome of the nuclear talks with the U.S. will be, it will be decided by the strategic choice of the Workers’ Party and it will further consolidate the nuclear power we’ve created by overcoming all the meetings and will keep in mind that this is the first step towards achieving the result of elevating to the status of a world-class nuclear power state. The People’s Army is holding on to its nuclear power, our omnipotent sword, which our Leaders have prepared for us and protecting our leaders of the revolution, raising their status as a powerful force as the world’s strategic nuclear state. And as he spoke passionately, he showed his masculinity.
③ He has turned the People’s Army into a tool to open a new era of homeland prosperity.
Our Dear Commander is determined to establish our homeland as the world’s most powerful nation and the people’s paradise.
Our Dear Commander, even during this great struggle, has put the People’s Army in the forefront to be the precursor of the party’s ideological war and its policy advocate, is constructing the main object to carry out the spirit of the Great General and allowed us to make a breakthrough in building an economic powerhouse and a socialist civilization.
The great faith, expectation, and wise command of our People’s Army from our Dear Commander and his endless miracles and phenomenal realities will surprise the world.
By building a world-class ski resort in the Masikryong district, our Dear Commander’s noble intentions to make our people and youth fully enjoy the benefits of socialist civilization were brilliantly carried through by the People’s Army. He has visited the mountainous Masikryong ski resort construction site several times and entrusted it to the People’s Army and has shown appreciation to their heroic exploits, our Dear Commander writing a historic and personal letter that the People’s Army has carried out a grant renovation project.
With the great faith of our beloved Commander, who has pioneered in creating the <Masikryeong Speed>, the military construction workers have completed the construction of a massive ski resort that should have taken more than a decade and completed it in the shortest period, which adds to another great monument of our time.
Our beloved Commander, with a weathering and indomitable pioneering spirit, designed and constructed one project and is looking towards the future with bold, large operations, completed it within 9 months and have given it to the world. He is leading by practice and now we can boast about how an excellent job the Munsu Water Park has come about.
When our Dear Commander visited the construction site, he put his thumbs up to the soldiers and said that the People’s Army is the best and with great enthusiasm said that our soldiers really have great strength.
The People’s Army soldiers have been in the front lines in construction by making the shortest and greatest work of many monuments for the prosperity of our country and the happiness of our country, such as the National Liberation War Victory Hall, the Galactic Scientist Street, Mirim Riding Club, Okryu Children’s Hospital.
The fisheries division of the People’s Army is considered to be a rear-end project and a socialist exhibition and our Dear Commander has a noble notion of wanting to feed more fish to our soldiers and our people, so he prepared a fish boom last year.
Our Dear Commander, who toured a newly constructed marine production facility at a People’s Army unit in January, emphasized that the People’s Army should continue to take the lead in fishing and said that the flames of innovation in the fisheries division of the People’s Army must be lit throughout the country.
The National Security Council and the People’s Army are all in charge of the socialist construction, and our Dear Commander has given tremendous trust in the People’s Army to oversee supplying fish to nursery schools, primary and secondary schools, and nursing homes across the country.
All the People’s Army soldiers will stand firm behind our Great Leader, our Great General, and our Dear Commander-in-Chief, who have made immortal achievements of the building of independent revolutionary forces and has shine and constantly strengthened the revolutionary character as an army of the party, an army of the people.
Our Dear Commander-in-Chief is the life of the People’s Army and the root of all victories and glory.
The soldiers of the People’s Army have become a multi-layered fortress and shield and will be led by our Great Leader Kim Jong-un to assist the party’s central committee politically with its life.
