“Election Fraud Virus” in Korea and America is infecting Human Rights in the World!

A.Totalitarianism and Massive Election Fraud in South Korea in Corona Era

Internationally, preparing for the post-Covid-19 era starts from clarifying the responsible party for the Covid-19 disaster. The Covid-19 pandemic proved that the information cover-up and clinging to the political power by a totalitarian political group can instantly drive the entire world to a crisis. To prevent second and third global crises in a world where all nations are interconnected as a global community, clarifying the international responsibility of the totalitarian power is of utmost importance. The U.S. government along with the governments and NGOs of the E.U., Australia, India, et al. asking for the Chinese government’s responsible answer goes beyond the dimension of transforming China into a responsible state and on to establishing a new principle for the survival of the mankind as one community.

It is surprising that the South Korea, which has been recognized as a model country realizing liberal democracy, is now in the completion stage of totalitarianism. It is a scary fact that such rapid regime change has been proceeding while the global community was unaware of it. As a matter of fact, South Korea started as a bridgehead for preventing the spread of totalitarianism in East Asia. The bridgehead that was established 60 years ago even during the time when political climate was gloomy in all facets is now crumbling down altogether. The key reason is the political power that has held hands with the Chinese totalitarianism.

In the April 15 general election of 2020, the ruling party that had won an overwhelming support of the people in their early votes ended up occupying 180 seats out of 300, where it is being revealed that it was a systematically corrupted election assisted by foreign forces, allegedly with the China’s intervention. It is revealing that letters that do not conform to Korean grammar were printed in ballots and many crude and non-standard ballots were found during the counting process, which led to the reasoning that many printed ballots were transported from China. It was also argued that Chinese programmers intervened in the communication process between the counting machine and the Central Election Commission’s server to manipulate the results of early-voting in general, and that traces of manipulation in the form of the Chinese Communist Party slogan are concealed in statistical numbers according to explanations by an incumbent lawmaker’s press conference. It is also suspicious that the Korean Election Commission has hired a number of Chinese as counting clerks. Actually the countries where rigged elections are happening (Turkey in 2015, Iraq in 2018, Iran in 2009, Kirgizstan in 2009, Kenna in 2018, and DR Congo in 2018) are in an intimate relationship with China’s “One Belt, One Road” project, and, starting from the October, 2017 when China’s Communist Party’s Unification Front Business Department was expanded on a large scale, the cases of comments-postering team and rigged elections in foreign countries kept happening. In this vein, China’s organized intervention into other countries’ elections is awaiting international investigation.

Now the front-line evidences of the origin of the coronavirus and Korea’s corrupt election are being revealed one by one. From January 26 this year, the Korean Medical Association, the Infectious Disease Society, the Korean Society for Medical Infection Control, and the Korean Society for Antibacterial Therapy have raised a common voice of demanding the government that it is essential to take measures to ban Chinese citizens to cope with the coronavirus outbreak. Despite the explosive increase in the number of infected people at the time, the government’s response was that we should not block Chinese entry by making several excuses that ordinary people cannot understand at all. Weren’t there Chinese who passed through Korea and entered into America during this critical period and who affected national interest of the United States?

At this point, it is necessary to resolve any doubts about what kind of link the Corona 19 politics provided between the ROK-China powers, and how it was linked to the issue of illegal elections. In this situation, President Moon’s government is continuously pursuing Xi Jinping’s visit to Korea, reinforcing the irresponsible and dangerous diplomacy line of solidifying a common-destiny alliance with the totalitarian regime.

Not to mention multiple citizen groups, but also the 6,400-member Professors’ Solidarity for Freedom and Justice issued statements several times designating Moon’s government as a totalitarianism and asking all pertinent state agencies to immediately come forward to perform a complete inspection and examination, as there were very specific and reasonable suspicions of a corrupt election. Ordinary students, office workers, housewives and even children gathered almost every day to rally against the government for the past 6 months in Korea. Their “black rallies,” all dressed in black and holding black umbrellas, signifies the death of the truth. An energy of political transformation, analogous to the Hong Kong’s “Umbrella Revolution,” is building up centered around the “Black Rallying” young generation. The Black Rally protesters are continuing their protest through rigged election material exhibition, bumper stickers, black masks, black manicure/pedicure, black tour bus parade, etc. and the movement is becoming nationwide. the Black Rallying voluntarily done by Korea’s freedom fighters to prevent the spread of the totalitarianism virus is setting a crucial example for the people of the world that has become the touchstone to establish the relationship and principles between the state and the citizens based on liberal democracy in the post-Covid-19 era.

B. Election Riggings in Korea and the United States is an International Issue violating Fundamental Human Rights

The 415 election fraud in Korea is not an internal issue of Korea. It is an international issue. According to Prof. Walter Mebane of Michigan, 7.7% of entire votes were rigged. The election fraud ratio becomes 10% in terms of constituencies where the ruling party candidates won. This much scale of fraud is the highest 15% ratio among 400 election fraud cases, examined by Mebane so far.

Now the presidential election in America is turning out to be massively rigged particularly in six battleground states. Official reports endorsed by President Trump and high-ranking officials and politicians are suggesting the six dimensions of voting irregularities including outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies. The supporting pieces of evidence include more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimony in a variety of state venues, published analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage. According to a report released by Peter Navarro, Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, the ballots in question because of the identified election irregularities are more than sufficient to swing the outcome in favor of President Trump should even a relatively small portion of these ballots be ruled illegal.

This large scale of election fraud respectively in Korean and the United States will definitely affect Korea and America as nations and peoples. It is not a matter of individual Koreans or Americans. Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of the United Nation (ICCPR), a globally-recognized convention incorporating fundamental human rights, stipulates the “fundamental right of self-determination” of every nation and people. By virtue of that right each nation and people has the human right to “freely determine their political status.”

Korean nation and Korea people as well as U.S. nation and people have lost that right of self-determination due to a massive scale of election frauds. Now, super majority of the ruling party in Korean congress is rushing in enacting many socialistic legislations that control people’s lives and economy. The election rigging actually impedes the right of free determination of political status of Korea as liberal democracy. A similar impediment would occur under Joe Biden’s Administration in the United States if he were inaugurated as the next President through the election fraud. Violation of Article 1 of ICCPR is clear in both cases.

Article 17 of the UN Covenant is also violated in Korea. The article prescribes that “no one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.” Recently the Korean government has attributed the virus spread only to the religious groups and the protestors who raged anti-government rallies, scrutinized all the rally participants through tracing mobile phone communication records, and forced virus tests on them. There are quite a few incidents where those whose government-run coronavirus test results were positive but subsequent test results were negative when immediately retested at some credible private hospitals. These people’s identities are revealed by governmental agencies. Protecting rights of privacy and correspondence is at serious risk.

As the citizens’ peaceful protests called “Black Rallies” against the rigged election spread, the large-scale press agencies under the obvious influence of the government propagated the political scheme theory by abruptly buoying April 15 corrupt election related broadcasts, edited in malicious intent. Ordinary students, housewives, office workers, and professors are deliberately pictured as extreme-right wing conspirators. Article 19 of the Covenant prescribes that “everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.” Propagating this kind of political scheme theory through media is nothing other than depriving this right to freedom of expression inconsistently with Article 19. It is also exercising “unlawful attacks on the honour and reputation” of citizens of the UN member country against Article 17 of the UN Covenant.

Article 21 of ICCPR recognizing the citizens’ “right of peaceful assembly” has fallen into dead letters in Korea. That right has been nullified by a series of governmental measures based on the so-called ‘corona politics’. The participants in the Black Rallying have been doing protests for the past 6 months’ period in a very peaceful way. Now, the city government of Seoul prohibits any gathering of more than 9 people and some local governments make the limit to 5. Even car parade protests with more than 9 participating cars are prohibited in Seoul. This is almost a historical-joke violation of people’s right of holding peaceful assembly guaranteed under the UN treaty.

C. Election Riggings in Korea and America are Interventions of Domestic Affairs

The fact is being established that the April 15th election in Korea systematically conducted under the intervention of the Chinese forces. It is revealing that letters that do not conform to Korean grammar were printed in ballots and many crude and non-standard ballots were found during the counting process, which led to the reasoning that many printed ballots were transported from China. It was also argued that a Chinese programmer intervened in the communication process between the counting machine and the Central Election Commission’s server to manipulate the results of early-voting in general, and that traces of manipulation in the form of the Chinese Communist Party slogan are concealed in statistical numbers according to explanations by an incumbent lawmaker’s press conference. It is also suspicious that the Korean Election Commission has hired a number of Chinese as counting clerks.

Any intervention into the US Presidential election by foreign forces including Chinese Communist Party is now under investigation and more official reports and evidence on such matter will be issued soon.

D. Conclusion

The election frauds in Korea and the United States are an international human right issue violating multilateral human rights conventions and a matter of foreign intervention in the domestic affairs in contradiction to the non-intervention principle of domestic affairs under Article 2 of the United Nations Charter. Therefore, those matters must be investigated internationally. Without fighting back by world citizens including Korean and American citizens and international investigation including human right protection agencies on the April 15 election rigging in Korea and Presidential election irregularities in the United States, the “Election Fraud Virus” is destined to be spread to the world, which is nothing other than another pandemic to the humanity in the world. //
